Stock in the Lockii mobile app shows every unit in your fleet with a live status, so you can spot overdue hires and returns without opening a laptop.
Status chips at the top let you filter the list in one tap. Product and location filters in the header narrow the list further when you are checking a specific yard or product line.
In the app: Stock tab in the Lockii mobile app
Each stock item shows a status based on its current booking and location. Common statuses include:
Status
What it means
Available
At home and ready for the next hire
On Hire
Out with a customer on an active booking
Overdue
Past the scheduled return time
Return Pending
Customer has started the return flow but has not finished
Returning
In transit back to the home location
Late Pickup
Past the scheduled pickup time but not yet collected
Maintenance
Marked unavailable for service
Unknown Hire
Away from home with no active booking linked in Lockii
Statuses update automatically as bookings move through pickup and return. You do not need to refresh manually.
Open the Stock tab.
Scroll through units grouped by status.
Tap a stock card to open its detail screen.
At the top of the Stock tab, tap a status chip (All, Overdue, On Hire, and so on).
The list updates to show only units in that status.
Tap All to clear the status filter.
Only statuses that exist in your fleet appear as chips.
Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner.
Choose Status, Product, or Location from the menu.
Pick a value. Active filters show as labels below the header.
Tap Clear filters to reset product and location filters.
Status chips and header filters work together. For example, tap Overdue and then filter to one location to see late returns at a single yard.
Stock status filtering on the Dashboard works the same way. Click a status chip above the fleet map to highlight units in that state.
For a full stock list with search and sorting, open Products from the sidebar and browse stock under each product.
Start your day on the Overdue chip to see what needs attention first.
Pair stock filters with inbox notifications. Tap through from an alert, then filter stock at that location to see the rest of the yard.
Unknown Hire usually means a tracker moved without a matching booking. Check recent activity on that unit before reassigning it.
