Lockii's pricing system has four layers: pricing templates define how hire rates are calculated, pricing modifiers adjust prices by day, time, or date, coupons offer discounts, and add-on services let customers purchase extras during checkout.
In the app: Settings → Pricing Details
Pricing templates define rate tiers (e.g. daily, weekly, 3-day) and how price scales with duration. Each product is assigned one template.
Go to Settings → Pricing Details.
Click Add Pricing Template.
Define tiers — e.g. first day $50, each additional day $30.
Set tax behaviour if applicable.
Assign the template to products on their detail page.
Click any template in the list to open its dedicated editor page.
Pricing modifiers automatically increase or decrease the hire price when a booking matches a time window you define. Use them for weekend surcharges, holiday rates, or off-peak discounts without creating separate products.
Lockii applies modifiers during checkout, booking edits, and availability checks. Customers see each applied modifier in the pricing breakdown.
Go to Settings → Pricing Details and scroll to Pricing modifiers.
Click the + button to create a modifier.
Name the rule, choose Day pricing rule (recurring weekly window) or Date pricing rule (fixed start and end date/time).
Set the adjustment percentage. Positive values add a surcharge. Negative values apply a discount.
Choose an Apply mode that matches when the rule should fire.
Save the modifier.
Open a product from Products.
In the sidebar, use the Modifiers field to add one or more pricing modifiers.
Lockii stacks every linked modifier that matches the booking dates.

Coupons apply percentage or fixed discounts to bookings.
In Settings → Pricing Details, go to the Coupons section.
Click Add Coupon.
Set the code, discount type (percentage or fixed), and usage limits.
Optionally set an expiration date — choose Expires on a date and pick the last day the coupon should work. After that date, customers can no longer use the code at checkout.
Apply coupons manually in the booking editor, or let customers enter them at checkout.
Click any coupon in the list to open its dedicated editor page.
Expired coupons show as expired in your coupon list so you can archive or extend them.
Add-ons are optional extras customers can add during checkout — insurance, delivery, extra equipment, and more. Lockii shows them in the order you set, both at online checkout and when staff add extras to a booking.
In Settings → Pricing Details, scroll to the Add-ons section.
Click the + button to create an add-on.
Set name, price, and whether it is per-booking or per-day.
Save. The add-on appears in checkout and the booking editor.
Click any add-on in the list to open its editor.
Put your highest-value or most popular extras first so customers see them without scrolling.
Drag the handle on the left of each add-on row to move it up or down.
Lockii saves the new order automatically.
The same order applies at customer checkout, in the booking editor, and on the mobile app when staff add extras to a booking.
Use pricing templates across similar products to keep rates consistent.
Use pricing modifiers for predictable peak periods instead of editing base rates every season.
Coupons are great for launch promotions — set an expiration date to avoid accidental long-term discounts.
Keep add-ons to a few high-value options; too many choices slow down checkout.
Put insurance or damage waiver add-ons near the top if most customers should see them.
Track add-on revenue in the Revenue Report or review add-on purchase patterns in Booking Analysis.
