Lockii's Global Search lets you find anything in your account instantly ā bookings, customers, products, stock units, locks, coupons, services, pricing templates, and settings. It's the fastest way to navigate when you know what you're looking for.
In the app: Press āK (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), or click Search in the sidebar.
Quick guide
- Open search with the keyboard shortcut or sidebar button.
- Start typing ā results appear as you type across all entity types.
- Use arrow keys to navigate results, Enter to open.
- Search matches names, emails, booking numbers, stock identifiers, and more.
What you can find
- Bookings ā by booking number or customer name
- Customers ā by name, email, or phone
- Products ā by product name
- Stock units ā by identifier or serial
- Locks ā by lock name

Tips
- If a customer calls with their booking number, search it and jump straight to the booking editor.
- Search for a settings tab (e.g. "communications") to skip navigating through the settings menu.
- The mobile app has its own Search tab with the same capabilities.
