Maintenance helps you keep fleet units in service without manual spreadsheets. Lockii tracks open work orders, flags stock that should stay off hire, and surfaces issues before the next booking starts.
Create a work order when a unit needs service. Fleet Health shows which stock is hard down, soft down, or has open issues so you can pull problem units out of availability automatically. Work orders block the unit on your schedule for the dates you set.
In the app: Maintenance in the sidebar, with Work Orders and Fleet Health views
The Maintenance home page gives you a quick read on fleet readiness:
Stat | What it tells you |
|---|---|
Fleet health | Share of stock that can stay in service right now |
Hard down | Units that should stay out of service |
Open work orders | Service jobs that still need to be finished |
Due soon | Parts approaching their next service window |
Below the stats you will find your most urgent open work orders and a Fleet health panel listing stock that needs attention.
Open Maintenance or go to Work Orders.
Click New work order.
Choose the stock item, service dates, priority, and assignee.
Add a note and any reference photos.

Use the filter chips to narrow by location, product, category, stock item, or schedule. Click a stock row to open its detail drawer. Use Report issue to log a new problem against a unit.
When you schedule a work order, Lockii treats that stock as unavailable for the service window. Customers cannot book the unit while it is blocked, and your schedule reflects the downtime automatically.
Fleet Health helps you spot units that should be pulled from hire even before you open a formal work order.
The Maintenance tab in the Lockii mobile app mirrors the web work order list.

Tap a status chip (All, Ongoing, Upcoming, and so on) to filter the list.
Use the filter menu to narrow by assignee, priority, location, product, or stock item.
Tap a work order to view details, update notes, attach photos, or mark the job done.

Fleet Health and issue reporting are available on web. Use the mobile app to manage work orders in the field.
Create work orders as soon as you know a unit needs service so it drops out of availability before the next hire.
Check Hard down on Fleet Health at the start of each day to see what cannot go out.
Attach photos when you open a work order so the next technician sees the problem without a phone call.
Pair maintenance blocks with your existing pickup and return flows. Customers still self-serve; staff only step in when a unit needs hands-on help.
