The Bookings page is your central list of every hire. Filter by status, date range, location, product, or payment state; export data; and open any booking to manage it in detail.

Quick guide
Browse bookings
- Open Bookings from the sidebar.
- Use the status tabs to filter — e.g. Active, Confirmed, Returned, Cancelled.
- Apply additional filters for date range, location, product, or payment status.
- Click any row to open the booking editor.
Create a new booking
- Click Add Booking in the header (or New Booking in the sidebar).
- You'll be taken to a new pending booking — see the full guide for setup steps.
Export bookings
- Apply filters to narrow the list to what you need.
- Use the export action to download booking data.
Booking statuses

Tips
- Filter by Active to see what's on hire right now.
- Use date filters for end-of-week return checks.
- Pair with the Schedule for a visual timeline view of the same data.
