Lockii's Language settings let you customize the text customers see across checkout, booking pages, pickup and return flows, and product browsing. Change button labels, headings, and instructions to match your brand voice — without touching your website code.
In the app: Settings → Language
The Language page lists every customer-facing string Lockii uses — from checkout buttons and cart labels to pickup instructions and return prompts. Each row shows the default text and lets you enter your own version.
Changes apply automatically across your hosted booking pages and embedded widgets once saved.
Go to Settings → Language.
Browse or search the list of customer-facing strings.
Edit any field — changes autosave after a short pause.
Use Reset on a row to restore the default text.
For large updates, export your translations, edit them in a spreadsheet, and import the file back:
Click Export CSV in the top-right of the Customer-facing text section.
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
Edit the Custom Text column — leave a row blank or matching the default to reset that string.
Click Import CSV and select your updated file.
Lockii applies the changes and saves them automatically.
Use the trash icon to reset every customized string back to Lockii defaults.
Character limits are shown on each field — longer strings may be trimmed on import if they exceed the limit.
Pair with Automated Customer Communications for email and SMS copy; the Language page controls on-screen UI text only.
Test your changes by opening your hosted browse page or completing a test booking after saving.
