The Dashboard is your at-a-glance command centre for the whole fleet. It shows live stock status, active bookings, today's session stats, and a map of where your items are — so you can spot issues before they become support tickets.
In the app: Dashboard
Open the Dashboard from the sidebar (or go to /).
Review the stat cards at the top — bookings, revenue, and session activity for today.
Click any card with an arrow to jump to the related report.
Scroll to the stock map section.
Each pin represents a stock unit. Colour indicates status (available, on hire, maintenance, etc.).
Click a pin to open the stock drawer and see details, current booking, and GPS location (if tracked).
Use the status filter badges above the map (e.g. Available, On hire, Maintenance).
Select one or more statuses to focus the map and list on what matters right now.
Click a stock row in the list to open its detail drawer without leaving the page.
Active bookings appear in the dashboard list with customer and product info.
Click a booking to open it in the booking editor.
You dont need to check the dashboard at the start of each day, Lockii will keep you updated.
Use status filters to quickly find items in maintenance or with unknown pickup status.
If you use GPS trackers, the map is the fastest way to confirm an item's location during an active hire.
