Global Search

Jump to any booking, customer, product, or setting from anywhere in the app.

Lockii's Global Search lets you find anything in your account instantly — bookings, customers, products, stock units, locks, coupons, services, pricing templates, and settings. It's the fastest way to navigate when you know what you're looking for.

In the app: Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), or click Search in the sidebar.

Quick guide

  1. Open search with the keyboard shortcut or sidebar button.
  2. Start typing — results appear as you type across all entity types.
  3. Use arrow keys to navigate results, Enter to open.
  4. Search matches names, emails, booking numbers, stock identifiers, and more.

What you can find

  • Bookings — by booking number or customer name
  • Customers — by name, email, or phone
  • Products — by product name
  • Stock units — by identifier or serial
  • Locks — by lock name
  • Coupons & services — by name
  • Pricing templates — by name
  • Settings — jump directly to a settings tab

Tips

  • If a customer calls with their booking number, search it and jump straight to the booking editor.
  • Search for a settings tab (e.g. "communications") to skip navigating through the settings menu.
  • The mobile app has its own Search tab with the same capabilities.
