Use date range and filter controls to narrow the data.
The Revenue Report gives you a financial snapshot of confirmed and returned bookings created in your selected date range.
Review three sections: Total (full order value), Paid (payments received), and Unpaid (outstanding balances).
Each section breaks down Gross, Net, and Tax so you can see pre-tax and tax portions separately.
Lockii compares your current period to the previous period automatically when you set a date range.
Filter by location, product, category, or add-on service to drill into specific parts of your business.
Scroll to the Daily breakdown table to see gross, net, and tax totals grouped by booking creation date.
Hover metric labels for short explanations of what each number includes.
Use this report when you need payment status alongside revenue totals, not just booking volume.
See how booking duration and volume change over time.
Identify peak periods and seasonal trends.
Filter by location, product, category, or add-on service to see how extras affect revenue.
Review add-on performance: which services are being purchased and how much revenue they generate.
Track Tax Collected to see the tax portion of completed booking totals over time. Lockii calculates this from your company tax rate, tax type (inclusive or exclusive), and any location tax overrides.
Turn on period comparison to see how tax collected and revenue trend against the previous date range.
Use insights to adjust pricing or fleet size.
Compare utilisation and revenue across products.
Find underperforming items that may need repricing or retirement.
Filter by location and category.
See when customers tried to book but nothing was available.
Spot capacity gaps. If you are losing demand on weekends, you may need more stock.
Lockii captures first-party session data on your booking pages and widgets.
Optionally connect Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for third-party tracking.
Toggle Lockii Web Analytics in Settings → Website & Embeds to enable or disable first-party collection.
View the booking funnel to see where customers drop off before completing checkout.
Filter by traffic source to compare which channels drive sessions and revenue.
Review device breakdown, entry pages, geography, and recent customer journeys.
Use the Revenue Report when you need gross, net, tax, paid, and unpaid totals in one place.
Check the Demand Report monthly. It is the fastest way to justify buying more stock.
Use the add-on filter in Booking Analysis or the Revenue Report to measure insurance, delivery, or other extras.
Use the Tax Collected chart in Booking Analysis when you need a quick tax total for a date range. Set your tax rate under Settings → Company Details and any location overrides under Settings → Locations.
Pair Item Performance with your Schedule to see if low utilisation is a pricing problem or an availability problem.
Web Analytics source filters help you understand which marketing channels drive bookings.
