Every physical item in your fleet is a stock unit. Stock units have their own schedule, lock code, location, and optional GPS tracker. You can also generate instant book links — direct booking URLs or QR codes for a specific unit.
In the app: Products → open a product → manage stock items
Go to Products and open a product.
Click a stock item in the list, or click its identifier to open the stock drawer.
View current status, active booking, lock assignment, and location.
Open the stock unit.
Click the Lock field and select a connected iglooHome lock.
Lock codes are generated automatically when a booking is confirmed.
If you change the lock assigned to a stock unit, Lockii automatically refreshes lock codes on future bookings for that item.
Open the stock unit and update the Location field.
If the item has future bookings at its current location, Lockii shows a warning listing the affected bookings.
Review the list and update those bookings if needed before confirming the move.
This helps prevent customers arriving at the wrong site after a stock unit is relocated.
Open the stock unit.
Link a tracker device (requires a GPS integration).
Live location appears on the dashboard map and booking detail during active hires.
Open the stock unit.
Copy the instant book link — a direct URL like https://book.lockii.app/{company}/instant/{stockId}.
Print as a QR code and attach to the physical item for walk-up bookings.
Go to Products.
Open the export menu → Export Instant Book Links CSV.
Use the CSV to bulk-generate QR codes for your fleet.
Instant book links are ideal for in-person, contactless hire — customers scan and book without browsing your full catalog.
Stock identifiers should match what's printed on the item so customers know they have the right one.
Re-sync iglooHome locks every 2–3 months to keep codes accurate.
When moving stock between locations, check the future-booking warning before confirming.
