The Maintenance section lets you schedule service and repair windows on stock units. While a maintenance block is active, the item cannot be booked — protecting you from accidental hires during downtime.

How maintenance affects bookings

- Customers checking availability online will not see the item as available during maintenance.
- Lockii sends maintenance due notifications to your Inbox when scheduled service is approaching.
Tips
- Schedule maintenance during low-demand periods using the schedule view to find gaps.
- Use descriptive notes so your team knows what work is needed when they open the item.
- For indefinite maintenance (e.g. item written off), set a far-future end date or leave unscheduled until you're ready to plan.
