Using the Schedule & Availability View

See every booking and maintenance window on a timeline — and spot gaps before they cost you revenue.

The Schedule is a Gantt-style timeline of your entire fleet. It shows bookings and maintenance blocks across all stock units, so you can see availability at a glance, avoid double-bookings, and plan maintenance without disrupting hires.

In the app: Schedule

Quick guide

Browse the timeline

  1. Open Schedule from the sidebar.
  2. Each row is a stock unit; coloured bars represent bookings or maintenance windows.
  3. Scroll horizontally to move through time. Use the date controls to jump to a specific week.

Filter what you see

  1. Use the filters at the top to narrow by location, product, or stock unit.
  2. Filters help when you have a large fleet across multiple sites.

Create a booking from the schedule

  1. Click an empty slot on a stock row, or use New Booking from the sidebar.
  2. You'll be taken to the booking editor with the stock unit and dates pre-filled.

Open a booking or stock unit

  1. Click any booking bar to open that booking in the editor.
  2. Click a stock unit name to open the stock detail drawer.

See maintenance blocks

  1. Maintenance windows appear on the timeline and block availability.
  2. Items in maintenance cannot be booked for overlapping dates.
  3. Manage maintenance jobs from Maintenance.

Tips

  • Use the schedule before confirming phone bookings — availability badges in the booking editor are helpful, but the timeline gives you the full picture.
  • Schedule maintenance during low-demand periods; blocked time is visible to customers checking availability online.
  • If you run multiple locations, filter by location to plan each site independently.
