Quick guide
Get an instant book link
- Go to Products and open a product.
- Open the stock unit you want to enable instant booking for.
- Copy the instant book link.
Create a QR code
- Paste the link into any QR code generator.
- Print and attach to the physical item (sticker, tag, or laminated card).
- Customers scan → select duration → pay → get their lock code.
Bulk export
- Go to Products → Export menu → Export Instant Book Links CSV.
- Use the CSV to generate QR codes for your entire fleet.
When to use instant book
- On-site hire — trailers, kayaks, or equipment at a fixed location
- Walk-up customers — no website needed, just a QR code
- NFC tags — same link works with NFC tap-to-book stickers
