Follow the steps below to connect Stripe payments to your Lockii dashboard:
Go to https://stripe.com
Sign up for a new account or log in with your existing credentials
Complete your account setup including business verification if required
Ensure your account is in good standing and can accept payments
Go to your Lockii Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Payment Integration
Click Connect Stripe Account
You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure connection page
Review the permissions Lockii is requesting:
Process payments on your behalf
View transaction data
Manage payment methods
Handle refunds and disputes
Click Connect to authorize the connection
Return to your Lockii dashboard
Verify your Stripe account appears as "Connected"
Configure your payment preferences:
Currency settings
Tax calculations
Refund policies
Payment methods accepted
Create a test booking to ensure payments process correctly
Check that funds appear in your Stripe dashboard
Verify customer receipts are sent properly
Test refund functionality if needed
View Transactions: Access detailed payment reports in your Stripe dashboard
Handle Disputes: Manage chargebacks and disputes directly through Stripe
Update Settings: Modify payout schedules and account details in Stripe
Disconnect: You can disconnect Lockii from your Stripe account at any time
Lockii uses Stripe Connect for secure account linking
No sensitive payment data is stored on Lockii servers
All transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
You maintain full control over your Stripe account settings
If you encounter issues connecting your Stripe account, ensure:
Your Stripe account is fully verified
You have the necessary permissions to connect third-party applications
Your business type is supported by both Stripe and Lockii
