Instant book links let customers book a specific stock unit directly — no browsing required. Print the link as a QR code, attach it to the physical item, and customers can hire on the spot from their phone.

Setup: Products → open stock unit → copy instant book link

Quick guide

Get an instant book link

1. Go to Products and open a product.
2. Open the stock unit you want to enable instant booking for.
3. Copy the instant book link.

Create a QR code

1. Paste the link into any QR code generator.
2. Print and attach to the physical item (sticker, tag, or laminated card).
3. Customers scan → select duration → pay → get their lock code.

Bulk export

1. Go to Products → Export menu → Export Instant Book Links CSV.
2. Use the CSV to generate QR codes for your entire fleet.

When to use instant book

• On-site hire — trailers, kayaks, or equipment at a fixed location
• Walk-up customers — no website needed, just a QR code
• NFC tags — same link works with NFC tap-to-book stickers
• Quick Hire map — for networks of hire stations at /{company}/quickhire
