Delete Stock

Archive a stock row by row id from resolve_stock, list_stock, or search_stock (stock_… or a UUID). Never pass a display label such as stock1 or BK-1. If they gave a label, call resolve_stock first; if two rows share a label, ask which one. App connections need the inventory:write scope.
