This week we’re also launching a suite of authentication additions, including 2FA and passkey support. We’re also launching self-service IP Restrictions and more to help better secure our operators as they expand. Account security

• Two-factor on your account — In Profile, turn on an authenticator app. Sign-in on the web and in the mobile app asks for the code, including when you sign in with an email code.

• Passkeys — Add a passkey in Profile and sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN.

• Sessions — Profile lists the devices signed in to your account. Sign out other devices ends the rest.

• Require it for the team — Owners can turn on Require two-factor authentication under Settings → Manage Members. Turn it on for your own account first. Team members set up an authenticator before they can use the dashboard.

• Breached passwords Alert — Sign-up and password changes reject a password that has appeared in a data breach from other platforms.

Website

• Your own DNS records — On a domain Lockii hosts, add TXT, MX, and other records from the domain setup.

• Redirects — Send www to the root domain, or send an old page to a new one. A storefront page that moves keeps a permanent redirect.

• A faster editor — Zooming and panning the website canvas stays on the pages in view. Preview maps are images, so a zoomed-out site stays light.

• Location picker — Scrolling the site leaves the location picker closed.

• Domain purchases — If the registrar rejects the contact on a domain you buy, Lockii refunds the purchase and drops the renewal.

Bookings, reports, and payouts

• Return dates — While a customer is choosing a return date, days before pickup show their real availability. Only days inside the return window are marked unavailable.

• Time utilisation — A unit counts from the day it joined the fleet. Stock added part-way through a long report leaves the earlier days out of the rate.

• Faster reports — Booking, customer, demand, and performance reports load faster on large accounts.

• My payouts — Older paid payouts stay on the list.

• Marketplace imports — Forwarded booking emails still import when the mail host rewrites the sender, including Microsoft 365. If an email arrives and Lockii cannot confirm your team sent it, owners and admins get one note a day: A booking email wasn't imported. Matching an existing customer keeps their email and phone.

• Coupons — A coupon's limit is checked when the price is calculated and again when the booking confirms.

Fixes

• The lock code inside a guided pickup step is set in a clearer style.

• A smart lock stays connected when the provider's device list comes back empty.

• GPS updates from Digital Matter trackers keep arriving.

• iPhone photos saved with the wrong file type still compress.

• Hidden products stay out of the public page data search engines read.

• Sign-in, payments, uploads, and the API check the company and the permission on the request.
