This changelog includes performance and security improvements, plus updates to our Beta website builder, as well as overhauls to mobile components and our maintenance system.
You can add a blog from the pages list in the website builder. The index and each post are pages you design with the rest of the site.
SEO alert - The website page calls out missing or thin titles, descriptions, and other SEO gaps. Improve opens Ask Lockii with those gaps and applies the fixes.
Custom fonts - In Styles, search the font list or type a family name and choose Use custom font. Heading and body fonts both take it.
Separate logos - Styles → Logos has a website logo for the header and footer, the company logo for checkout and emails, and a favicon. Leave the website logo or favicon empty and the site keeps the company logo.
Type style - Heading format and Body format set bold, italic, and underline across the site. Buttons have the same Format control on the primary and secondary styles.
Availability - The availability label on the website rolls through the text the same way the booking widget already does.
Closer locations first - Storefront locations are ordered by proximity to the visitor's area.
Better AI Assistant - Your AI website editor now has more control the ever before and a cleaner path to editing and updating your entire site.
On an add-on, Pricing Structure still starts on Dynamic pricing: a fixed amount and a percentage of the order.
Advanced templates - Use a shared pricing template. The add-on's base rate is what the template multiplies.
Simple add-on pricing tiers - Tier the add-on on its own, without a shared template.
Period pricing - Price the add-on by period, the same way a product can.
Available For controls which products offer the add-on. Leave the list empty and it shows for every product. Add products, and it only appears when one of those is in the cart.
Inspect all is on a stock item, on the web and in the mobile app, and on a work order.
Mark each part yes or no. A no can be an issue, a soft down, or a hard down, with an optional note and photos. Parts are grouped by category. Nothing is saved until you tap Complete inspection.
Category on a part groups it with the others. The field suggests categories you already use, or you type a new name and that name is there the next time.
When a customer reports an issue on a booking, Lockii sends Thanks For Reporting An Issue. When that issue is resolved, it sends Your Reported Issue Is Resolved. A report filed by staff does not send either one.
Both sit with the other booking messages in Communications, under Customer issue reported and Customer issue resolved. Edit the copy the same way as any other email.
Links on your website - Once your website domain is active, checkout links and customer booking links use that domain. Mail from a www site sends from the root domain, so the address stays on the domain you verified.
Revenue Recovery charges the card - Switching Revenue Recovery on for a customer now charges the saved card for the unpaid bookings. If the charge succeeds, those bookings are marked paid. If the card is declined, recovery stays on, and Stripe keeps retrying, and Lockii does not also run a separate retry for the same balance.
Express checkout - Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the other wallets need a name and a complete billing address before the payment confirms.
Brand colour on the card form - Stripe's checkout fields use your company color when a field is focused.
Analytics - Checkout events reach Google Analytics, and other platforms via a new data distribution system.Bookings and GPS
A tracked unit that comes back near its home location is marked returning. If it leaves the lot again before the hire ends, that return is cleared and the unit stays on hire. After the booking has ended, a later trip does not reopen the hire.
Date picker - The calendar has more room and includes days from the next month.
Schedule - Show More brings in the extra rows without the list jumping.
One pickup site - When a hire has only one pickup location and the customer has not chosen it, Lockii still selects it for them.
Notices - A new-booking notice names the customer.
Booking map - A booking shows a map in the header. A tracker uses the unit's position. A location uses the depot pin.
Inbox - The inbox shows live Revenue, On Hire, Bookings, Utilised, and Sessions for today.
Inspect all - The same part-by-part inspection is on the stock item and on the work order.
