This release adds more control over booking windows, stronger mobile operations tools, clearer reporting, and reliability improvements across checkout, payments, customer pages, and Ask Lockii.
Minimum booking length - Under Settings → Preferences, set a minimum hire duration in hours. Lockii respects the minimum across checkout, booking edits, customer extensions, and change requests so customers cannot choose a return time that is too short.
Smarter date and time pickers - Customer and staff date pickers now account for minimum booking length, maximum booking length, operating hours, blackout dates, and availability before showing valid times.
Late return prediction - Under Settings → Preferences, enable late return prediction for GPS-tracked stock. When a recently pinged tracker is too far away to return on time, Lockii can send your configured customer warning before the booking is overdue.
Configurable prediction settings - Set the maximum travel speed and overdue tolerance Lockii should use when estimating whether a tracked item can make it back in time.
Create stock from mobile - Add new stock in the mobile app with guided steps for product, location, lock, tracker, and stock ID.
Move stock between locations - Change a unit's location from mobile with a confirmation that warns when bookings or work orders may be affected.
Stock QR codes on mobile - Open a stock unit's QR code from the mobile stock detail screen for faster labelling and field workflows.
Better maintenance creation on mobile - The new work order flow now uses dedicated pickers for stock, assignee, dates, and priority so field teams can log maintenance with less typing.
Paid source reporting - Web Analytics now separates paid traffic from channels like Google and Facebook, with paid conversions and paid conversion rate alongside the existing source breakdown.
Traffic channel mix - A new channel chart groups sessions into direct, organic, paid, referral, email, and social so it is easier to see where bookings are coming from.
Source filtering - Filter the Web Analytics report by a specific UTM source to inspect sessions, events, bookings, and conversion behaviour for that source.
Google review prompt reliability - Review links on customer confirmation pages handle location review data more consistently, so happy customers are sent to the right place.
Opens the right admin page - Ask Lockii is better at taking staff to the matching screen instead of describing where to click.
Understands stock labels - Staff can refer to stock by the label they see, such as BK-1 or stock1, and Ask Lockii resolves the matching unit before reading, updating, or deleting it.
Better document answers - Help article matching is stricter, so Ask Lockii is less likely to answer from an unrelated article.
Support routing improvements - Customer support handles cancellation requests, already-returned bookings, overdue messages, and equipment issue reports more reliably before escalating to staff.
Checkout country saved correctly - New customers created during checkout now keep the country they entered instead of defaulting to Australia.
Safer Stripe refunds - Stripe-backed payments are only marked refunded after Stripe confirms the refund request, preventing local refund records without a matching Stripe refund.
Stripe invoice retry handling - Lockii now stops retrying invoice permission failures that Stripe will not accept.
Product descriptions stay saved - Product description autosave is less likely to wipe copy when the editor refreshes.
Faster booking widgets - Booking widgets lazy-load heavier overlay pieces such as maps and modal content after the main embed, making first page load lighter.
More reliable checkout loading - Checkout can show its loading state before all company details have finished loading instead of failing early.
Clearer sign-in code emails - Company sign-in code emails use a cleaner card layout that is easier to read on mobile.
Phone country fallback - Phone fields now handle missing flag assets more gracefully instead of showing broken country icons.
