
It’s been a busy month at Lockii! We’ve doubled our customer base once again so we’ve spent the month chasing down edge cases and improving overall stability and of course most importantly conversion!!!
You should also see plenty of improvements across our mobile apps, including over a 100+ small improvements and fixes around Lockii.
We’ve released an update to how we store and track changes to customer accounts over time, including a full activity log of both changes to customers as well as changes to a customers identity information. We’ve also added tracked expiry to identity documents in Lockii meaning expired documents now automatically get removed from Lockii
We’ve now made insurance verification more generally available to Lockii customers in the US. As part of this you’re now able to request customers verify their insurance information directly with their providers.
We’ve taken some time to do a large overhaul to the Lockii UI including a massive simplification of our sidebars. Lockii is growing rapidly at the moment and as we continue to add features to Lockii we think its important that information stays easily available without crowding your view so we’ve taken the time to make this clearer and easier to understand, and hidden away actions less commonly used into less obtrusive buttons ect.
Operating hours are now configurable per day, per location. This means you can create a more details opening schedule as well as have locations only open on specific days.
Manual customer verification is faster to work through, document expiry is tracked, and pickup/return photos now capture at higher resolution. Identity data is stored separately from the main record, and an optional upload path is available for pickup and return photos.
We’ve expanded our support for coupons with a built in coupon expiry date and better information on usage and a better application experience for customers.
We’ve released sweeping updates to performance and reactivity to our mobile apps making them faster and easier to use.
Checkout link pages have an Email button for sending directly to customers, and stock instant booking links can generate a QR code for print or in-person sharing.
Message sending now supports delayed delivery, a Positive Experience filter for targeted follow-ups, and additional filter options across communication rules.
