Pickup Instructions

You can add clear pickup instructions that show to customers after they upload their photos and before they pickup their item, you can even embed their item code with {{code}}.

This reduces support questions and missed pickups by making next steps obvious. Instructions also print on tickets and appear in mobile views used by store teams.

UI Refresh

We spent our last few weeks staring at pixels very closely and hopefully you’ll be able to feel it in this latest update. Lockii has been growing quickly so we wanted to take the time to ensure every feature we are releasing maintains our quality standards. You should see a far simpler interface through most pages in Lockii especially for important pages like settings where we have greatly simplified how you manage your Lockii account.

Simpler Pricing Templates

As well as creating advanced pricing templates in settings you can now define simple pricing tiers directly on a product without needing to setup complex pricing logic, simply click use simple tiers and setup your pricing.

• Settings: Better Settings discovery with clearer categories, quick links, and search to find options faster

• Performance: Remove loading thing from stock page so you can scroll and filter without waiting on a redundant spinner

• Settings: Remove TextBelt as default already setup so no SMS provider is preselected and you choose one before sending
