
We're now launching into Beta return forms, this allows you to require customers to upload photos and complete a form as part of the return process of hires. It also enables more granular status tracking for orders, including an in depth integration with GPS tracker as part of this process.
You will now recieve a few new types of notifications, you can see these and explore them further in the "Inbox" tab in the Lockii backend.
Issue Reported - You'll receive this when a customer marks an answer on their return form as "No"
Overdue Booking - You'll receive this when bookings become over 30 minutes late
Forgotten Return - You'll receive this if a customer fails to mark their hire as returned for over 30 minutes.
GPS Return Issue - You'll receive this if you have GPS trackers and a customer marks their their hire as returned, but the GPS tracker disagrees for over 30 minutes.
Unkown Pickup - You'll receive this if GPS tagged item leaves their location with no active hire.
You can also now schedule emails to be sent to customers when bookings are running overdue, and once bookings have been returned.
Once return forms leaves beta, early customer returns will make items available again for hire as soon as items are returned.
